CANCELLATION POLICY

Once you have confirmed your booking and paid we cannot issue any refunds...

our guides will have planned and tested the route and allocated that time to you

and / or your group...

we can however postpone a ride by arrangement with at least two weeks notice...

and book you into another date and time.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend any bookings on the day if your equipment is not suitable

for the ride or activity selected...

DISCLAIMER

We can not be held responsible for ill heath caused by your lack of fitness or medical conditions

or any falls you might have while on the ride or tours...

if in doubt about your fitness or health please check with your Doctor... prior to booking with us!!!

We can make recommendations on bike setup and will adjust your bikes when required or requested...

by agreeing to any adjustments as part of the rides you are accepting full personal responsibility for these changes.

The person booking the ride is agreeing for children (as their parent or guardian) on behalf of the child to the adjustments and accepts the disclaimer on their behalf (please make it clear if you DON'T want any adjustments)

we can make recommendations for you to do this yourself or have this done for you at a later date.

MOUNTAIN BIKES & EQUIPMENT

We are not responsible for the bike you ride (owned / borrowed / hired) or its condition or serviceability

for mountain biking on off-road singletrack trails... and reserve the right to cancel or postpone

your ride or tour if we deem your equipment and / or bike are not safe or is unsuitable for the ride booked.

We are insured to lead rides and groups with third party cover for negligence
